For me, Talentboost is first and foremost a genuine partnership that enables us to boost our attractiveness and get more candidates. What's more, we can do all this at a lower cost than a campaign that we would manage directly on job boards.

What was your challenge before meeting Profile Group?

In general, we post our advertisements on our website, Facebook and we communicate internally to activate internal networks. We were looking for candidates for two positions: 'Technical Department Manager' and 'Management Controller'. Since our usual strategy wasn't yielding any results, we turned to Profile Group.

  

Can you explain the solution?

After discussing our challenges, Ludovic suggested that we optimise the visibility of our ads, make them attractive to target our needs precisely and put them online on all the job boards to ensure optimum national coverage. Naturally, we compared the rates offered with those of our competitors and came to the conclusion that the prices for Talentboost were very attractive and competitive. All the CVs arrive on the Talentfinder platform and then my colleague or I can sort them out.

 

Can you share your results with us?

I appreciate the real partnership with Profile Group: they really listen to me and give me real advice. Ludovic brought a fresh perspective to the job, which helped us to make the role and our group more attractive to candidates. Our adverts were then reworked very quickly by Ludovic and distributed immediately. Our first Talentboost enabled us to recruit successfully. We will be using this service for all our more complex recruitments.
