What was the challenge you had when you met us? 

Multiple vacancies to fill, in a short timeframe and with limited resources to ensure a qualitative process 

Could you explain the proposed solution? 

To partner with Profile Group for conducting the promotion of the vacancies, shortlisting candidates and preliminary personality testing 

Could you share with us the key results? 

We successfuly recruited 10 professionals since January 2020, 80% of the processes were conducted remotely during the Covid19 sanitary crisis.
