What was the challenge you had before you met Profile Group?

Before working for Viangro, I did all the recruitment for ISS. So I have quite a lot of experience. However, we didn't have a huge pool of candidates to recruit from and we often had to go on the hunt - a slow and expensive process.

Can you explain the solution you came up with?

After discussing our challenges, Nathalie suggested that we optimise the visibility of our advert and put it online on all the job boards, thus ensuring national coverage. We remain in control of the CVs we receive, because there's no one better than me to judge the relevance of incoming CVs. Thanks to Talent boost, I can do the sorting: I send emails to the candidates who are not selected and offer interviews to the others in just a few clicks. It's a practical system that suits me very well.

Can you share your results with us?

I appreciate the fast response: I send an email and Nathalie gets in touch very quickly. After a discussion, the campaign is set up in no more than 3 days.

I appreciate the time saved because everything is taken care of by the Talent boost team. I also have a lot of confidence in them because I know that everything will be carried out properly, down to the smallest detail. For me, Profile Group is a real support.
