About  Beyers Koffie 

 

Beyers has been taking coffee further since its founding in Antwerp, in 1880 - more than 140 years ago.

Since then Beyers - as part of the Sucafina group - has grown to become the largest coffee roaster in Belgium and a key player in the European private label coffee market striving to deliver excellent quality.

Today, Beyers serves major retail players and coffee roasters in Europe, with a roasting capacity of 30.000 tons, a total of 180 employees in 5 different countries and sales approaching 180 million €.

Its vision for the future is to become the leading sustainable private label coffee roaster in Europe.

 

The challenge 

 

Beyers Koffie needs the capacity to recruit some niche & technical roles requiring 'rare to find' experience often combined with competence in several languages.

For example, Beyers Koffie needed to recruit their new Sustainability & Compliance officer, a role that needed expertise and knowledge of the full Belgian & European legislation in the area of coffee.

The Solution

Profile Group's experienced recruiter use their long time experience in sourcing the relevant candidate. We rely on 3 success drivers:
