## **What was your challenge when we met? **

Our challenge was to quickly find a specific profile without going through a recruitment agency, which is significantly more expensive and often provides less stable candidates.

## **Can you explain the solution provided?**

Thanks to Talent Finder, we were supported throughout the process, and the job ad was published across a wide range of platforms, bringing us more candidates.

## **Can you share your results?**

The recruitment timeline was reasonable (less than 2 months), and we found a candidate who perfectly matched our requirements.
