## The initial challenge

Significant staffing requirements for key functions within the organisation: Communications Manager, Driving Licence Regulations Manager, IT Profiles, Infrastructure Manager, HR Talent Officer.

## The solution

Recruitment and selection of desired profiles via Executive Search.

Excellent results. Responsiveness, Proactivity, Advice, Motivation to find the best profile and Listening to the client's needs.

Very pleasant, as a DRH, to be able to count on quality support in a very complex and competitive environment such as recruitment and talent selection.
