## ** A laborious CV management process**

It's fair to say that the CVs we received were a mess. They came from different sources and encoding them took a lot of time. Precious time that was lost that could have been spent on proper follow-up. We had so many applications coming from different places that we couldn't respond to every candidate.

## **Talentfinder makes our daily work easier and also optimises the candidate experience**

Talentfinder was recommended to us by Profile Group, and we found it to be a great tool. It allowed us to have centralised CV management and a database, but also optimised candidate follow-up, which ensures a better candidate experience. What's more, it makes it easier to advertise our job vacancies. It also allows us to analyse candidate sources and target our efforts appropriately.

It's a great tool for centralising and improving the candidate experience, but also an automation tool that saves a considerable amount of time.
